Pictured above: One of our most recent builds during the Summer of 2025 in Arnold, California. We used more concrete on this build than we’ve ever used due to snow-load requirements for elevations above 3,600 ft. This was a fun one for sure, we literally could park a tank on it! I’m playing around with creating a video of our entire build process of this deck. I’ve done the fun part of taking hundreds of photos from the tear-down of the old deck to all the phases of building the new deck. Now I just need to get them off my phone, (Check back later to see the video.)

Almost Finished!
Deck Sanding & Sealing Project.

Andy caught the ‘Deck Sanding & Sealing’ bug!

A Deck Railing Restoration in Progress. Can you see the difference from left to right?

We buy a new ‘Pressure Washer’ at the beginning of each season, because sometimes it does the trick!

Our favorite type of deck project is ‘Resurfacing’
A ‘Resurface’ is where we remove the old half-rotten surface boards and then replace them with new ones, extending the life expectancy & usability of the deck by 10-20 years in some cases.

Restoring Deck Stairs!
Not Fun!
But, Someone has to do it!

When removing & sanding and then re-staining & replacing pickets, organization is everything!

Beautiful!
This is why you call us!
